We want you to be happy with your Magbag. Here's exactly how returns and refunds work.
Your right to cancel (7 days)
Under South Africa's Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECT Act, section 44), you have the right to cancel your order and return it for a full refund within 7 days of delivery, for any reason — no need to explain why. This right cannot be waived or contracted out of, and it applies in addition to any other rights you have.
To cancel, contact us within 7 days of delivery at magbagza@gmail.com or WhatsApp 064 655 8434 with your order number. We'll confirm the return address and next steps.
Condition of returned items
To qualify for a full refund, the bag must be unused, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging and tags (if any). We understand you'll want to check the fit and finish — that's fine — but a bag that's been used at the gym, washed, or damaged isn't eligible for a change-of-mind refund.
Who pays return shipping
If you're returning an item because you changed your mind, return postage is your cost. If we sent you the wrong item, or the item arrived faulty or damaged, we cover the return shipping — contact us first and we'll arrange collection or send you a prepaid waybill.
Faulty or damaged items
If your Magbag arrives damaged or develops a genuine manufacturing fault, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll replace it, repair it, or refund it in full, including any delivery cost, at your choice — this is separate from and in addition to the 7-day change-of-mind right above, and isn't subject to the "unused" condition.
Refund timing and method
Once we've received and checked the returned item, we process refunds within 5 business days, back to your original payment method via PayFast. Please allow a few additional days for your bank or card provider to reflect it.
