These Terms of Service govern your use of the Magbag website and your purchase of any product from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Who we are

Products and pricing

All prices on this site are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We make reasonable efforts to ensure prices and product descriptions are accurate, but errors can occur — if we discover a pricing or listing error after you've ordered, we'll contact you before processing your order, and you may cancel for a full refund if you're not happy with the correction.

Stock is shown as available or sold out based on real inventory. If an item you've ordered turns out to be unavailable, we'll notify you promptly and refund you in full.

Orders and payment

Orders are placed through our website and paid for via PayFast, which supports card payments and Instant EFT. Your order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability — if we do, you'll be refunded in full.

Delivery

See our Shipping Policy for delivery timeframes, courier details, and coverage area. Risk in the goods passes to you once the item is delivered to the address you provided.

Cancellations and returns

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the Magbag name, logo, product photography, and written copy — belongs to Magbag and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Magbag is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008, that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts, without prejudice to any right you have to refer a complaint to the National Consumer Commission or another applicable body.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this site at the time of your order applies to that order.
